Rocky Mountain National Park
I arrived on the late shuttle from the Denver International Airport to Estes Park, CO. Destination: YMCA of the Rockies in Rocky Mountain National Park. Lucky for me the driver knew exactly where the YMCA of the Rockies was since he had just dropped off my Aunt's interpreter, Carolyn, the night before. My parents were outside to greet me as I arrived, and walk me back to their room. After catching up with Mom, Dad, and brother James, I learned that everyone (all cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.) were going for a hike the next day. As I started asking for more details about the hike I found out it was going to be around 6 miles and that we had to be up before 6am! And it was already midnight. Ouch. I quickly laid out my stuff for the next day and we went to bed.
