My Triathlon: Hike-Run-Bike

Over the last few weeks, Jim and I hiked in the Columbia Gorge and ended up hiking 2 hours more than what we planned, I ran a 1/2 marathon in Lincoln, NE with my dad and chased it with a bout of the stomach flu / food poisoning / WTF? for 3 days, and I rode my bike to the beach (100 miles) with my friend Doug in our new, totally awesome, Con-way jerseys.
